Solid Carbide Strip and Rod

For our customers' convenience, we stock K20 grade general purpose carbide in a range of standard widths and diameters in both "as-sintered" and precision ground. Strip and Rod in grades other than K20 and K10 is made to order.

Carbide tips from stock and to order

A number of carbide tips are produced as stock lines. We supply plain rectangular blanks, work-rest blade tips, circular saw tips, circular wear pads and gauge & instrument tips.
Tungscarb Products tip service meets the needs of all tool and cutter makers. there is a grade of carbide for nearly all materials and cutting techniques and advice is readily given on the design and usage. Dimensions are faithfully reproduced from client drawings with or without grinding allowances at purchasers direction. Supplied in the "as sintered" form, the method of manufacturer ensures excellent finish and freedom from distortion.
